Founding Client Program

Ten seats, kept for the long run

My best prices, in writing, for businesses I’d like to work with for years rather than for one job.

A founding seat gives you a £200 first job, then 25% off everything after it, monthly cover included, for as long as the program runs. Holding a seat is free and commits you to nothing.

What founding clients get

The perks

A £200 first job
A Starter Reliability Review: a read-only look at the part of your setup that keeps going wrong, with a plain-English report of what to fix first.
25% off every job after it
Including Someone on Call, my monthly cover, which no other discount does. A First Fix becomes £337.50, and monthly cover starts at £75.
No end date
Your prices hold for as long as the program runs. If I ever end it, you get at least 3 months’ notice, and any job already agreed keeps its founding price.
Free, with no obligation
No minimum spend, no retainer and no deadline. You never have to ask me for any work.
In writing
A short agreement with your business’s name on it, so the perks are yours on paper.

Every price is fixed and agreed in writing before any work starts. See every service and its standard price.

How seats are filled

Ten seats, by application or invitation

  • There are ten seats, each held by one business. I offer some personally to businesses I already know; the rest are open to application.
  • It suits businesses that rely on software nobody on staff really owns: a booking system, an online shop, a spreadsheet that feeds the invoices, a set of automations, or something built quickly with AI tools that customers now depend on.
  • I read every application myself and reply within a few days. If it’s a good fit and a seat is free, I send you the short agreement. If not, I’ll say so, and you’re always welcome to work with me at my standard prices.
  • Your seat is held from the day you sign. If a business leaves the program, its seat opens again.

Who it isn’t for: if your business builds or scripts its own software, you probably have this covered already.

A few questions about your business. Rough answers are fine, and applying commits you to nothing.

Your answers reach me through Formspree, as set out in my Data Privacy Notice. I use them only to reply to your application.
